Terms and Conditions
This English version is provided for convenience. The German version is authoritative where German law applies. If you have questions about the legal documents, please contact us through the contact page.
These Terms and Conditions govern use of dotaboost.online and contracts for Dota 2 boosting and coaching services.
1. Provider and scope
The contracting provider is Martin Müller, Rudolf-Diesel-Straße 11, 69115 Heidelberg, Germany. These terms apply to all contracts concluded through the website.
Conflicting customer terms apply only if expressly accepted in text form.
2. Services
We offer MMR boosting and coaching for Dota 2. The order specifies the scope, target rank, price and any agreed time window.
Boosting may require an assigned booster to access the customer account. Coaching may be delivered via Discord, replay review or live session.
3. Contract formation
Website listings are not binding offers. The customer submits a binding offer by providing the booking details and completing payment. The contract is formed when we confirm the order or begin performance.
Input errors can be corrected before submission. We store the contract information and send confirmation by email where an address is provided.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown transparently at checkout and include applicable VAT where required. Payment is due before performance through the listed payment providers, including Stripe.
We do not store payment details. The relevant payment provider's terms also apply to payment processing.
5. Customer obligations
The customer must provide accurate information and confirm that they are entitled to use or grant access to the account. Credentials must only be shared through the secure channels we specify.
During a boost, the customer must not use the account in parallel unless agreed otherwise. Security incidents or account restrictions must be reported without undue delay.
6. Timing and availability
Start and completion times are estimates unless expressly stated as binding. Delays caused by servers, maintenance, matchmaking, force majeure or Valve measures do not automatically create a claim for damages.
7. Withdrawal and early performance
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal. If the customer asks us to start before the withdrawal period ends, they must expressly request this. The right may expire once the service is fully performed if the statutory requirements are met and the customer confirmed in advance that the right would be lost.
A model withdrawal form is available from support. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
8. Defects and liability
Statutory defect rights apply. We are fully liable for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and other mandatory statutory liability.
For ordinary negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual duties and the foreseeable typical loss. Liability for account measures, game changes or outages outside our control is limited to the extent permitted by law.
9. Account and trademark notice
Dota 2 and related marks belong to Valve Corporation. dotaboost.online is not affiliated with Valve Corporation. The customer remains responsible for complying with rules applicable to their account.
10. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules. Consumers benefit from their statutory place of jurisdiction.
The EU online dispute resolution platform is no longer available. We are not obliged and generally not willing to participate in consumer dispute resolution proceedings.
