Your Mission & Core Tasks
- Frontend & UI/UX: Advance our high-performance web platform with Next.js 16 (App Router), React 19 Server Components, Tailwind CSS, and interactive dashboards.
- Real-Time Fulfillment & State Engine: Architect our order fulfillment engine for live match tracking, automated booster allocation, and real-time state synchronization.
- APIs & Esports Integrations: Integrate Steam Web API, OpenDota / Stratz match telemetry, Discord bots, and automated event webhooks.
- Payments & Security: Scale Stripe Checkout, automated payouts, fraud prevention, encryption, and zero-trust account isolation.
What We Look For (No Senior Requirement!)
- Practical Coding Ability: You are comfortable with TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern React / Next.js – whether self-taught, with 1-2 years of experience, or passionate side-project builder. We value what you can build, not formal diplomas.
- Database & API Basics: Good foundational understanding of REST/API design, SQL databases (PostgreSQL), and modern full-stack workflows.
- Builder Mindset & Curiosity: Curiosity to dive into new libraries, implement features autonomously, and take pride in shipping high-quality software.
- Gaming Passion: Passion for competitive esports (Dota 2, CS2, Valorant, LoL, etc.) is a huge plus!

Is a German employment contract or B2B/freelance available?
Yes! By default, you receive a permanent German employment contract with full statutory benefits (health insurance, pension, paid sick leave, employee protection). If you prefer a B2B contractor arrangement with a day rate, that is equally supported.
How does the equipment budget work?
Upon joining, you get a €3,500 budget to freely select your desired workstation and accessories.
Do I need to be a pro Dota 2 player?
No! Passion for gaming helps understand our users, but top-notch engineering skills are what count most.
